Responsible for rendering real estate marketing materials. Emphasizing the 22-ft custom Capoferri windows, 75’ lap pool, and 15-acre pastoral dream (zoned for agriculture), where the Shou Sugi Ban wrapped home sits.

While under construction, before committing to painting the brick white, I provided graphics to make the final calll. Safe to say, white was a good option.

When deciding on a material pallet for the Denver Show House, I rendered my 3D model in Revit and post-processed the rendering in Photoshop.
